 BREAKFAST(NEVER SKIP)

 

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and should never be skipped. Increase protein intake in your breakfast meal as it will help you stay fuller for a longer duration.

                                                 

How to make the Honey Lemon Drink?

»Drinking lemon, ginger & Honey with warm water helps in detoxification of the body.

INGREDIENTS–

  • Lemon–½  half
  • Honey–1 tsps
  • Ginger–1 inch

Method–

  • Boil a glass of water till it reaches lukewarm temperature.
  • Add lemon juice, ginger, and Honey to it & stir.
  • Drink first thing in the early morning on an empty stomach.

  1. Egg-1
  2. Cheese slice with Brown bread
  3. Milk(without cream)/fruit juice-1 glass.

LUNCH

  • Green Vegetable
  • Salad
  • Soup
  • Chapatis
  • Brown rice

In Evening–Drink one glass of milk.

Dinner

  • Dal
  • Green Vegetable
  • Chapatis
  • Salad
  • Soup

  3. I think everything typed made a ton of sense. However,
    what about this? what if you typed a catchier title?
    I mean, I don’t want to tell you how to run your
    blog, but what if you added a post title that makes people desire more?
    I mean Weight loss tips(Diet Plan) – is a little plain. You could glance at Yahoo’s front page and note how they create news titles to get people to click.

    You might try adding a video or a related picture or two to grab people excited about everything’ve
    got to say. Just my opinion, it could bring your posts a little bit more interesting.
